SEO ACCOUNT MANAGER
ROLE SNAPSHOT
As an SEO Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of long-term client performance, leading strategy and day-to-day delivery across technical, content, and analytical SEO. You’ll work with an exciting mix of clients across fashion, travel, hospitality, and tech, building strong relationships while driving measurable, meaningful results.
Partnering closely with your Account Director and Business Director, you’ll shape SEO roadmaps, manage client communications, and ensure every deliverable is aligned to strategic goals. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring team members—becoming the trusted go-to for your accounts and a supportive leader within the SEO team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Own Client Relationships & Strategy – Lead day-to-day client communication, manage expectations, and build trusted partnerships while owning SEO roadmaps aligned to objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Drive SEO Performance – Identify growth opportunities and translate them into proactive, performance-driving SEO strategies across technical, content, and analytical activity.
Lead Integrated Delivery – Collaborate with content, technical, and PR specialists to deliver joined-up SEO campaigns, ensuring all outputs meet high quality standards.
Performance Reporting & Insight – Act as the primary contact for performance queries, progress reviews, and planning sessions, confidently presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Manage & Develop the Team – Line manage SEO Executives through regular 1:1s, development reviews, effective delegation, and constructive feedback to support growth and high-quality delivery.
Support Onboarding & Training – Contribute to the onboarding and development of new team members where relevant.
Ensure Governance & Compliance – Promote information security awareness and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

WHAT IS THE INTERVIEW PROCESS?
Informal screening process with our People Experience team. This is to go through your top line experience and ask any questions we might have from your application (15-20 minutes).
1st stage interview with SEO Account Director and Senior SEO Account Manager to go through your experience and skills to date in more depth as well as an opportunity to discuss how you like to work best. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask us any questions you have about Found (45-60 minutes).
2nd stage interview will involve a task with a short presentation with at least a week of prep time before presenting this to us. The presentation aims to show your understanding of data, SEO fundamentals, research skills, creativity and presentation skills. (15-20 minutes). Following the presentation, we may have some further questions to understand how you work, as well as further opportunity for you to ask us any questions to help with your decision and show your best self (60 minutes)
