ROLE SNAPSHOT
As Director of Organic, you will lead Found’s organic performance strategy – spanning technical SEO, content, and CRO. You’ll be responsible for developing joined-up, insight-led strategies that grow visibility, increase engagement, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes for clients.
You will demonstrate strategic leadership with operational oversight: shaping the direction of organic services, guiding teams to deliver high-quality work, and ensuring SEO and content sit at the heart of integrated marketing campaigns. You’ll also play a key part in evolving our Everysearch™ proposition, ensuring our strategies reflect today’s discovery landscape across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Amazon.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CLIENT GROWTH & RETENTION
Lead senior-level client relationships, ensuring organic strategies deliver measurable business outcomes and long-term growth.
Translate client commercial goals into actionable SEO, content, and CRO strategies that clearly demonstrate business impact.
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across organic and wider Tomorrow Group services, shaping compelling business cases to gain client buy-in.
Anticipate retention risks early, building proactive retention plans and acting as an escalation point for senior client concerns.
Oversee contract renewals and scope expansions, ensuring terms are commercially aligned with agency growth objectives
STRATEGY & SERVICE LEADERSHIP
Define and evolve Found’s SEO and Content strategy, ensuring delivery is future-facing and aligned with Everysearch™.
Ensure organic work (technical SEO, content, CRO, and Digital PR) integrates seamlessly with wider channel strategies.
Continuously analyse search and audience trends, translating insights into client-facing strategies that drive visibility and commercial growth.
Lead the innovation pipeline for organic performance, from AI-driven content workflows to advanced SERP optimisation.
Partner with Product and Data teams to enhance reporting and measurement, ensuring strategies are supported by clear evidence and actionable insights.
TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT
Line manage and develop a team of SEO, Content, and CRO leads, ensuring high standards of delivery, growth, and accountability.
Build a high-performance team culture that values collaboration, feedback, and measurable impact.
Oversee recruitment, retention, and progression planning for the organic performance team.
Deliver regular coaching and performance reviews, ensuring individuals have clear PDPs and opportunities for advancement.
Encourage knowledge sharing across functions, elevating the quality and confidence of strategic thinking within the team.
INNOVATION & INDUSTRY LEADERSHIP
Ensure Found remains a thought leader in SEO and content, contributing to blogs, whitepapers, events, and award-winning case studies.
Test and implement new approaches to content and search, ensuring clients benefit from first-mover advantage in areas such as AI, TikTok search, and emerging SERP formats.
Champion Everysearch™ as a differentiator, embedding it into client strategies and evolving it based on industry trends.
Act as a senior voice externally, representing Found in the SEO and content community to enhance visibility and credibility.
CROSS-AGENCY COLLABORATION
Collaborate with Heads of PPC, Paid Social, Data, and Growth to ensure organic strategies are integrated into holistic client roadmaps.
Partner with Tomorrow Group agencies (Disrupt, Braidr, Seed) to maximise opportunities for shared clients.
Work with the Growth team to support new business pitches, ensuring organic plays a central role in winning high-value opportunities.
AI
Utilises AI responsibly and ethically in line with company policies, ensuring transparency and trust in its application.
Leads AI initiatives across their function, setting the vision and embedding AI into strategic priorities.
Shapes policies and best practices for responsible, ethical, and impactful AI adoption.
Partners cross-functionally to champion AI as a driver of innovation, growth, and long-term success.
