DIRECTOR OF ORGANIC
We usually respond within three days
ROLE SNAPSHOT
The world has changed. Rules are being re-written and we’re entering a new era of discovery. At Found - the next-gen digital consultancy - we help ambitious brands navigate changing consumer behaviour in a highly fragmented landscape - the impact of which is being felt acutely across the organic space.
We’re looking for a Director of Organic to navigate this paradigm shift with oversight across our SEO, Content, Digital PR and CRO practices. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing a forward-thinking, audience-led approach - leveraging our award-winning, proprietary Everysearch™ framework - that achieves real impact for our clients, whether it be in terms of traditional results and clicks, building brand awareness and affinity through emerging channels (like social search and AI) - or protecting reputations across new digital battlegrounds.
As a key member of our leadership, you’ll be joining an incredible team at a time of accelerated growth. In this role, you’ll run a profitable, scalable operation, secure new wins and account expansion opportunities, attract, inspire and develop the next generation of organic innovators - and establish a new, best-in-class standard for how organic teams operate - and succeed.
IMPACT OF ROLE
Your work will directly contribute to:
Agency Growth - attracting and securing new business wins, both through direct involvement in pitches and through the products and services you establish (working directly with our Director of Partnerships)
Client Growth - through achieving incredible results and valued partnerships, leading to high satisfaction, retention and expansion opportunities (working directly with our Director of Growth)
Service Development - delivering a future-facing, visionary approach to organic that reflects our overall go-to-market strategy (working directly with our Director of Innovation)
Team Leadership - leading from the front and instilling a curious, high-performance mindset in your growing team, especially in terms of the adoption of AI processes and practices (working directly with our Chief AI Officer and Director of People)
Integrated Media - collaborating directly with wider channels to solve macro client problems - and not just channel briefs (working directly with our Director of Paid Media)
Improved Profitability - embracing technology, tooling and upskilling our teams to deliver the maximum value possible (working directly with our MD and Chief Delivery Officer)
Agency Reputation - being a visible thought leader in the organic space, attracting talent, clients and attention to your innovative point of view (working directly with our Chief Growth Officer)
