CREATIVE CONTENT LEAD
We usually respond within three days
ROLE SNAPSHOT
Found is building a central marketing team, and this is one of its first hires. We're looking for a Creative Content Lead to take our brand platform and put it in market through film, photography, social-first content, motion and design, at a standard that holds its own against the best agencies in the industry. You won't write the reports, blogs or web copy, you'll own the visual and video expression of it all.
This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership. You set the creative bar, you decide what gets made, you define what good looks like, and you pull what isn't performing. You work from one content calendar alongside the campaigns team, with a production plan you own for every campaign burst and event, supplemented by your own ideas and formats. When they earn their place, they become part of the plan.
You make things that make our brands entertaining, recognisable and memorable. Work that stops prospects scrolling and makes them want to work with us. The goal is straightforward: grow brand awareness, maximise our visual identity in market, and drive measurable pipeline impact. You'll report to the Head of Growth Marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Set and hold the creative bar
Own the overall creative vision, quality bar and visual identity of everything we put into market. Your job is to raise the visual identity of our agency across every channel.
Make the work: hands-on and end to end
Concept, shoot, edit and publish independently across video, photo, design and motion. Produce both polished, high-production work (campaign films, case study films, brand films, culture content) and fast, reactive, social-first content, and know which the moment calls for. Platform-native content built for how each platform actually works, not repurposed as an afterthought.
Run shoots and direct
Run shoot days end to end: set clear expectations with participants on time, location, format and what's needed from them, then direct on the day to get the best out of people. Working directly with senior leaders is a core part of the role. You brief them, coach them on camera, give direct and constructive feedback, and push for retakes when the content isn't good enough. You'll be trusted to tell an MD their take didn't land, and how to fix it.
Build the leadership voices and turn moments into content
Build the voices of our senior leaders across their personal channels and the brand channels: concepting, shooting, editing and packaging content that positions them as industry authorities. Cover our events and industry moments before, during and after, turning one day into weeks of content.
Turn the teams around you into a content source
Build strong relationships across both agencies and get people genuinely on board: appearing on camera, contributing ideas, flagging stories worth telling. The best material comes from the work we do every day, and your job is to spot it and capture it. Make being in content something people want to do, not something they're chased for.
Own the performance loop
Keep your finger on the pulse of what's working at brand and industry level. When a format or trend is right for us, you're already doing it rather than waiting to be asked. Track performance, apply the learnings, and double down on what works. When something isn't working, flag it to the Head of Growth Marketing, cut it, and bring a replacement. You own the content, including the calls on what to evolve next.
Manage the production engine
Own kit, editing workflows, asset libraries and a repeatable production process that scales.
BEHAVIOURS IN THIS ROLE
Proactive & Resourceful: Spots the story in everyday work and gets it captured before anyone thinks to ask.
Collaborative Influencer: Builds strong relationships across both agencies and gets people genuinely on board with content: appearing on camera, contributing ideas.
Direct & Constructive: Gives honest feedback to senior people, including when a take hasn't landed, and makes the fix obvious.
Commercially Aware: Connects creative decisions to awareness, engagement and pipeline, not craft for its own sake.
Decisive Under Volume: Runs multiple shoots, brands and content streams at once, and cuts what isn't working without hesitation.
EXPECTED EXPERIENCE
Must have
A portfolio that proves it. We care far more about the quality of your work than years on a CV. Show us social-first content and video, high-production work, photography and design that you concepted and made, ideally for B2B or professional-services audiences.
Genuine multi-disciplinary craft: strong videography and editing, confident photography, solid graphic design for social, and working knowledge of motion and animation, or the appetite to build it.
The discipline to create within a brand brief as well as the flair to push beyond it. You take a brand identity and produce distinctive, native work. Your portfolio shows you elevating a brand's visual identity rather than imposing your own style on it.
Deep platform fluency, especially LinkedIn, plus Instagram, TikTok and YouTube: formats, hooks, pacing, trends and what makes content perform on each.
Experience creating content featuring executives, founders or subject-matter experts, and the confidence to direct senior people and give honest feedback.
Comfortable using AI tools in creative production and the curiosity to keep pushing what's possible.
Strong organisation: able to run multiple shoots, brands and content streams at once without dropping quality.
The personality for it: energy, initiative and the ability to bring people with you. This role lives in the office multiple days a week, because that's where the content is.
Nice to have
Agency-side or in-house B2B marketing experience.
Experience running exec social or thought-leadership programmes.
Podcast or long-form video production experience.
Understanding of paid social creative and what performs in-feed.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Awareness and presence
Measurable growth in reach, engagement, follower growth and share of voice for both brands.
Senior leaders posting consistently with content you've produced, with growing audiences and engagement.
Standard of work
Within six months, the work sits in the same quality band as the peer set we benchmark against.
Both brands look unmistakably themselves, and unmistakably different from each other.
Commercial impact
Content demonstrably contributing to inbound interest, engaged prospects, and sourced or influenced pipeline.
Named-account engagement traceable back to specific content.
A repeatable engine
A production system of formats, cadences and workflows that reliably ships quality content week in, week out, without heroics.
